2. finish laundry
3. clean, clean, and clean some more
4. wrap EVERYTHING
5. finish baking

8. run a couple of other errands
9. give the dogs a bath..

Oh goodness lots to and here I sit...off to get busy.

As I said before my blazer broke down and we are just so sick of putting money into it and it just breaking down again and again but we had to have another car since I am working outside of the house. So hubby got me this little beauty.. It's a Honda Accord and it's perfect for me. We bought it from a good friend of ours and he kept it so clean. Since I am driving about 25-30 minutes each way to work it gets great gas mileage and so will save us alot of money especially with gas prices the way they have been.
We also got all of Christmas shopping done today and Kylee and I are doing lots of baking tonight and tomorrow while the boys clean the carpets. After they are done we are going to finish cleaning the house. We have kept Christmas very low key this year and it's been so nice not to stress out about every little detail.
Well back to baking.. hope everyone has a wonderful and stress free Christmas.

9 days to go...

til Christmas...oh goodness I still have shopping left to do, menus to plan, things to bake, and a house to clean. I guess I better get busy this week. The past 2 weekends have been filled with mine and hubby's Christmas parties. We had a ton of fun at both. I do have to say hubby and I work for really great companies and it's a always wonderful to spend time with people you really like. Hopefully I can get our pictures scanned and share them here.
We also had the girls holiday choir concerts this week which I totally enjoy. I am also going to have to download those pictures and post them here.
In other news my poor Blazer is broke down again. Poor hubby I think he is going to really consider trading me in if I don't get a new vehicle.
That's about all that is going on in my little world. Hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season and not stressing out. I promise to be back soon with pictures of all the goings on.

to hubby's Christmas party for the kids. I was just in so much pain from my ear. It does seem to be getting better and the doctor said it looked good today. Woohoo thank goodness. Earaches are the worst. Nothing much else going on around here. Work is as busy as ever.

We did get the Christmas tree and decorations up. Kylee and I also made some puppy chow tonight so feeling very festive around here. I am really starting to look forward to the holidays.

Can I just say I really really wish the Writer's would get a contract already and get back to work. I miss my shows already and it's sad to think their won't many more after the new year.
Here is a picture from the christmas party..

What a yucky day..

I got one.. and it looks just like this one in the picture and I got it for dirt cheap. Woohoo I am so freaking excited. I absolutely love it.
In other news it's going to be a pretty low key weekend here. I have a horrible ear ache. We do have hubby's work kids Christmas party tomorrow so that should fun.
Wow it's Dec. 1 and we don't have our tree up and no shopping started. It seems like we just had Christmas..oh goodness we had better get on the ball here.
Hope everyone has a great week. I will post some pictures after the Christmas party tomorrow.

Anyone one who knows me knows I love sports but especially football and Nascar. It breaks my heart that a great football player and father of a little one loses his life because of a senseless act of violence.

Rest in Peace Sean Taylor

Music..

I am so into music lately. I love plugging my ipod into my docking station at work and just jamming out. It makes the whole day go so much faster and brings a smile to my face. Lately I am into all kinds of music from alicia keyes new song, eminem, matchbox 20 and fergie. I just love music. Its sad to think that I had my ipod for so long and hardly ever listened to it and now I can't live without it and aren't these new ipods just so cool and cute, cute, cute. I would love to have one of these but for now I will just dream about owning one. Hey a girl can dream, right??

It's the sound of piece and quiet..all of the kids are gone and honestly it's kind of sad. I know I should and will enjoy it while I can but it's just so quiet right now. Even the dogs are just laying around being good. My little sister and I did hit up the mall earlier to pick up a couple of Christmas presents but other than that just catching up on all the shows I have tivo'ed recently. There is probably lots of other things I should be doing like cleaning our bedroom, or scrapbooking but figured today I am going to do nothing and will play catch up tomorrow while hubby is gone for a few hours.
We had a wonderful thanksgiving and totally stuffed ourselves. Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!!

I am so thankful for so many things this year..
first and foremost...my husband and children I don't know where I would be without them. My husband grounds me, he is my rock. I can be having the worst day and yet he can still make me laugh til it hurts, he truly is my everything. My children although they may drive me totally crazy they are each their own person and have such different personalities but they are all so very special. Their is never a dull moment with 4 children.
I am also thankful for our families. We are fortunate enough that all of our parents live within 20 minutes of us and it so nice to know they are right here when we need them.
My job.. after being home doing daycare for 8 years I never thought I would land a job let alone a job I would truly love.
My furbabies, life is very crazy with 4 dogs but hey what's 4 dogs when you already have 4 kids.. we must really love the chaos.
My friends..I have wonderfully supportive their when I need them friends.
These are just a few of the things I am most thankful for this year.

I will leave you with another picture of our newest baby..Happy Thanksgiving..

What a day...

work was beyond crazy today and I could/should probably still be their but had to get out their before my head exploded. I so wanted to get get out work early Wednesday but honestly don't really see that happening and might not even get out of their on time..oh why this week. Think hubby will let me hire a housekeeper to finish cleaning the house for Thanksgiving...yeah I doubt it to, but it was a nice thought.

I thought I would show you what Kinsey does with her brother when I am not home..

We got another dog..calgon take me away...Her name is Izzy (pedigree name Williams Queen Izabella the first) and she is almost 4 months old..

to get it all together and post here more often. I really am trying. Not much exciting going on here lately anways.. been doing lots of cuddling with this baby. PJ's cousin (who is actually more like his brother) and his wife had a baby Sept. 15 and I love this little guy to pieces. I know it will be quite a while before I have nieces or nephews of my own so this is as good as it gets for me. Isn't he just the cutest little thing ever? And look at all of that hair.

We are also getting ready for Thanksgiving. We got a 22 lb turkey yesterday and hubby will cook him Thursday morning. PJ's parents, my mom and step-dad will be here and it will just be a great day with lots of eating, visiting and more eating.

Work has been going great. I am finally in my new position. Another girl and myself do all the medical billing for our company. It's a fun position but very technical. We work with so many different states and they all are very particular about how they want their bills coded, but it's just what I need, I love a good challenge. The kids are also doing wonderful, as wonderful as it can be with 4 kids and one of them is a teenager...:)

We'll stay tuned for another post today with just how crazy I really am.......................

I made this acrylic album this morning and it felt so good to actually create something. I can't wait to work on some more stuff this week.

Bittersweet Day

Yesterday was a bittersweet day. We had a moving sale at PJ's Grandma's house. They had to put her in a nursing home a few months ago and now it's time to clean out her house. The kids and I brought home some Christmas bells from her collection and a couple of other things. It will be very hard to watch someone else to live there or tear down her house. I did get some pictures of her house for PJ and to scrap. He has alot of memories from this old house. I think I am going to make a mini-album and interview him about his memories.
Not much else exciting going on here. Back to work tomorrow and Friday night is a date night for hubby and I. We are going to a suprise birthday party for a guy he works with so good fun. I can't wait.

Here is a picture of PJ's grandma's house..

Work has been extermely crazy lately. We are down 4 people in our department so we are working out butts off, but never fear they have hired 2 new people and hopefully they will both start this week. Which als means I will have to move my desk and get to start in my new position. I am so excited. I know I will have lots to learn but it will lots of fun.
This week was also Kinsey's choir concert which are always lots of fun and scarecrow night at Logan's school. Scarecrow night was interesting to say the least. We have always had PJ there to help and this year he had to work 2nd shift so we were on our own. Needless to say we did get the scarecrow made but it's quit scary looking really. This week looks to be just as busy with Logan having a 3rd grade program and then a court date with my ex.
Hope everyone has a great week!!

I can't believe I haven't blogged since April. I am hoping to start blogging regularly again and with some very cool things.
After being home so long and then going to back to work I had to find some balance in my life and honestly some things had to go. And one of those things was being on the computer all the time. I am hardly on here at all now but hoping to at least jump on here once a day and at least say Hi.
So stay tuned for lots of new and neat things coming....
