Wow it's been along time since I posted here but am going to give it another shot and see how it goes. I am working on changed things up a bit so please be patient.

I am also living with osteoporsis and have been told I have the bones of a 70-80 yr old woman. Well I decided I'll show them and make these bones think they are 37 again.
