We had a wonderfully great weekend. It was so nice to get away and my husband was in all his glory there.

It's been a long night with hubby back on 2nd shift but I had to stop in and share a couple of pictures..

I know I haven't blogged in awhile but it's once again been a crazy busy week. So I'll post lots of pictures from our trip this weekend on Sunday when we get back.

Woohoo the appraisal came in right where we needed it to be. Can you say relief!!! It has been such a weight off of our shoulders. In other news I had a doctor's appoinment Friday and I have a double ear infection..oh for the love of god are kidding me?? I am almost 35 years old and this is the third ear infection I have had in about a year and a half..oh goodness. We have had a good weekend. Went out Friday night and shot some pool with Jim and MaryJo, Saturday Kylee and I ran some errands and did alittle shopping. Today is all about just hanging out at home, cleaning alittle, paying some bills and getting ready to go to Indiana next weekend.

Today is the big day..the appraiser will be back and we have got tons of things done to get ready for her. Then in a couple of days we should know whether we got what we wanted this time. Still crossing those fingers. Today is gonna a busy day at work. Joey won't be there so I'm all by myself..ackkkkkkk!!!

It's been a good weekend and it beautiful today. Last night we went out to MaryJo's to hang out and play some pool, then got up this morning and been cleaning, went to wal-mart, cleaning some more and now chilling out watching the race. The appraiser will be here Wednesday at 3:30 so hopefully by the time we go to Indiana (which is in a couple of weeks) we will have our refinancing all done.

It's so nice out we got to go for a ride on this...

First of all today I took a vacation day..woohoo.. I love 3 day weekends. We met with our attorney this weekend and got good news (not great but good enough) which we then took to MaryJo at the credit union. She called the appraiser and this might work out. Crossing fingers again..basically we need our appraisal to come in about 7 or 8 thousand more. Hopefully the appraiser will be here next Wednesday and then we wait for her report. So things are looking up and I am just going to keep thinking positive thoughts right now.
Right now I am off to Wal-Mart to get paint for the bathroom and I just know it's going to be a great weekend because I get to see this baby boy...

Let's see appartently we are 120,000 on a house we only paid 121,000 for 9 years ago so there is no refinancing Thursday, my car battery died and we had to replace it at the cost of $90 bucks and apparently all honda have a theft deterent that locks out your radio and you need a code which of course I don't have. Didn't I say it, if it wasn't for bad luck we wouldn't have any luck at all..I think I'll just go crawl in bed and pull the covers over my head..will someone let me know when this shit is all over with??

I love lazy sundays..got some housework done, a nice quiet bath, dinner in the crockpot and now just sitting here watching the race.. today I am going to just enjoy this and tomorrow it's back to the rat race..

Last night I went to a fun party at my neighbor Nikki's house. I intially didn't want to go. I was just tired and looked horrible but she persisted so I went and had a blast. Saw old friends, met some new friends, drank way to many jello shots and just had plain fun. I did spend alittle bit of money and am so hoping we do a couple's party next time.

my dear friend Brooke lost her father. I can't believe it's been a whole year that he's been gone. I am such a horrible friend I honestly completely forget to call her today and make sure she was okay. I hope she knows I think of her everyday and to Tony..I can't wait to see you again someday..until then I know your up there riding your harley and laughing at us for all the shedding of tears we have done now that your gone.

The waiting game really sucks..yep we are still waiting on the payoff on the house. I did find out it was mailed Thursday so were hoping to get it today but now have to til at least Monday. I am really hoping that this all works out but like I said in my previous post we have the worst luck so nothing would suprise me. So hopefully Monday everything we will fall into place and we will know for sure. Our fingers are going to hurt from keeping them crossed for so long.

It was a crazy busy week at work, which is to be expected since it's the end of the month but wow thank goodness it's over.
I also thought I would update on the refinancing. We are suppose to close next Thursday @ 4:00 but are still waiting on our payoff on the house so still keeping fingers crossed. This has just got to work for us. We have had so much bad luck and are just hoping to turn things around.

These are our friends..yes they are goofy but they are fun and together we always have a great time. We started our weekend at Matt and Brandy's house and after dinner last night ended up at our house. We are always here for each other and would drop anything in a moment for each other and that is true friendship in my eyes.

fall down the stairs and hurt my tailbone again..aughhhhhhhh my butt hurts!! And I failed miserable at the challenge I issued myself to blog and take a picture everyday for a month. But in my own defense it's been a busy week..Kinsey had a choir concert, still working on refinancing our house. But I will be taking lots of pictures today so check back for those.

So your not going to get a picture today and so I am offically a loser on the first day but I have a really really good excuse..my right hand and arm is killing me. It hurts so bad I wouldn't even want to pick up my camera and try to take a picture..so you just get a post..lame I know but that is life..

In other news appartently I am spending my weekend here...can you guess where here is??

Yep we are traveling to South Bend, Indiana to watch the spring football game. Although this isn't really my idea of romantic I do think it will be fun and hubby loves his ND football so for him I'll do it.. and besides this will earn me some major brownie points and I can save those up for when I really want something from him..haha!!

Well after much debate last week about going away for the weekend scrapbooking..I went and had the best time EVER!!! I have never had so much fun as I did this weekend. I cannot wait until the next retreat in September. It was wonderful seeing so many old friends and it was like getting a fresh start..just wonderful. I didn't get as much done as I would have liked to because I didn't take many pictures but I got 13 layouts done so I didn't think that was too bad. Tomorrow it's back to work and Wednesday is my one year anniversary at MMI..woohoo. Also keep us in your thoughts are we are trying to refinance our house..we are waiting on the appraisal to come back so hopefully we'll hear more about that tomorrow or Tuesday.

Also starting today I am going to challenge myself to a picture and a post a day!! Let's see how many days it takes me to fail...LOL

Can you say holy cow...yep we got hammered..It all started yesterday morning..thank goodness I had already scheduled half a vacation day because when I left at 11:30 the roads were already bad and then it just continued to get worse and worse. By this morning at 8:30 we were under a level 3 snow emergency. We have been stuck home all day long which is just fine by me. Hopefully they can get this crap cleaned up so I can get to work Monday.
